Damp cloth: If the dirt is just dust or lint, simply wrap thick masking tape around your fingers and gently pat until the dirt comes off your Amulet. Masking tape: In case of dirt, sweat, or oiliness, gently wipe the hat's surface with a clean, damp cloth. Then, turn the sweatband inside out and let it dry in a flat, clean, and airy place. Soft-bristle brush: Use bristle brushes to remove excess dust from the hat. Always use gently. Horsehair brushes are ideal for this.

Use the stylized Yara box to keep your hat away from dirt and prevent deformation of any part of the item. Remove the item from the box at least once a week to air it out in a dry and airy place.

Yes, any alteration to a catalog hat has an additional, standard cost. Some possible alterations include: pyrographing your name, your zodiac constellation, and other designs; adding embroidery; changing a trim (subject to availability inquiry), and so on. To find out your size in cm, use a measuring tape (not a rigid measuring stick), and measure as shown in the image below: two fingers above the eyebrow and in the same position as the sweatband. Our sizes: XS: 53 - 54 S: 55 - 56 M: 57 - 58 L: 59 - 60

Both our Suede and Wool are produced through a sustainable and ecological process. The Wool comes from animal shearing, meaning the animal is not harmed (much less killed) to acquire the wool. We work with the best suede and wool available on the market. These are also used to manufacture famous Italian, New Yorker, Australian hats... Yara was born to offer one of the best, or the best hat you've ever seen.

Our hats are 100% handmade, with great care, by the best specialists. Therefore, we have an average production time of 15 days for your amulet. If it is less or more than that, we will align it with you.

If you tried on your Yara Hat and/or measured your head, and then made the purchase, unfortunately we cannot process an exchange. Our stock is limited, as each piece is handmade. Furthermore, the vast majority of hats come with some customization detail, which also prevents us from altering the piece again. Therefore, we recommend that you ensure your size before placing your order. This guarantees that your amulet will fit perfectly!
